Curbside service - They are able to help you with any repairs; data transfer; software issues; and phone/tablet/computer sales. They can process your payment at the curb via credit card or via an online merchant (like PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) in an effort to limit hand-to-hand contact.
Their lobby will be closed and the front door will be locked. No customers will be permitted in the store until further notice. You may message us ahead of time with an ETA; call 937-306-8840 when you arrive; or knock on the front door and they will come to your vehicle.

They offer mail-in repair service to anyone in the United States. Simply send them a message or give them a call and they'll provide shipping details and instruction. They are expediting this service so you will have your device back in hand as soon as possible.
Telephone or Facetime support is available. Often, certain issues can be resolved over the phone or Facetime. During this time, they are happy to help virtually if at all possible.
They are limiting staff to just a few at a time. Those employees who are working will adhere to distancing requirements. Their store, including work stations, will be disinfected many times a day and your devices will all be disinfected as well - at receipt and just prior to returning to you. They have all staff washing their hands constantly.
